TELVY PHIL

My name is Telvy Phil. I’m a creative writer, visual artist and designer. I am the sole proprietor of TEAM TELVY, an independent game development team currently developing TTE and ALDEBARAN EXPRESS

History

  • 2017: I was working a minor role as a grey box level designer and choreography animator for the infamous HUNT DOWN THE FREEMAN. During the very late stage of development I began work on TACTICAL THOT EXTERMINATORS, a one off joke total conversion mod for Half-Life 2, intended to last no more than a few weeks (it lasted longer).
  • 2018: TTE (TACTICAL THOT EXTERMINATORS) is an esoteric sandbox tactical first person shooter inspired by late 2010s Gen-Z internet meme humor. TTE was born from a long gone dead group chat of ne’er-do-wells, deviants and goobers, and has expanded from what was once perceived as a high effort sh_tpost to a fully realized, original memetic experience. Soon after, I went to work on my first major Source project TACTICAL THOT EXTERMINATORS. Over time I’ve formed a network of colleagues and peers to aid me in my creative efforts throughout the years. This is where TEAM TELVY took form.
  • 2021:  After the shock of the global COVID-19 pandemic all active online development of the project froze. Ironically, a lot of people involved in the project got really busy during the lock down, me especially. 
  • 2022: I underwent a personal crisis, and for the most part, had to step away from most online activity related to creative work. 
  • 2025: I’ve since returned to where I left off.
